Due to magnesium being a salt you will feel a slight residue when it dries. It's very similar to how your skin might feel after being in the ocean. You may also feel a slight tingle as it absorbs into your skin, this is normal and that sensation should dissipate with regular use. If the tingle becomes too much, you can apply a thin layer of your favorite body butter after using the spray to help dilute the product. Applying magnesium topically may help boost your levels and doesn't have to travel through your gastrointestinal tract. 

This is not an actual oil but it can feel slippery like an oil when first applied. Absorbs fast!

You can also spray your entire body, paying particular attention to any sore area. Let it air dry for best results. After 20 minutes, the majority of the magnesium ions will be absorbed and you may rinse the oil off if you feel like it.

USE FOR RESTLESS LEGS & BETTER SLEEP. If you have problems with sleep, suffer from restless legs syndrome or leg cramps, apply magnesium oil to your feet before you go to bed. Spray the oil directly onto your feet and legs all the way up to knees (knees included), massage gently and let it air dry. Again, after 20 minutes, the majority of the magnesium ions will be absorbed, and you may rinse the oil off if you feel like it. NOTE: There is a small percentage of people who have an opposite reaction to the magnesium oil. For example, they do the foot soak at night and become relaxed, but they do not fall asleep. If this becomes your experience with the magnesium oil, please use earlier in the day.

APPLYING TO SENSITIVE SKIN. Start with small amounts on small areas. Build up slowly. For small kids, you can also add some magnesium oil to their bath water; it will absorb just as well as if you had applied it directly.
